As a solo traveler, I had a great time learning and seeing more about the Kenian people, the Massai and their world. Wilson and Rachel were the best hosts I could have hoped for. The trip to get there is a bit of a ride, but Wilson helped make everything possible 👍🏻🙏🏻.

Wilson and the rest of his family went out of their way to welcome us and help with whatever we needed. It's a lovely family-run spot around 4km/15 minutes from Amboseli Kimana gate, and a great option if you're watching your budget. Our tent-cabin worked well and had plenty of space. After a day of safari, the wood-heated hot showers were welcome. Dinner was delicious, and packed lunches were handy. Thanks so much for the hospitality.

We found a peaceful little bubble here, even during the busy high season. The small campsite and lodge sit in a beautiful, quiet spot. Wilson, his wife Rachel, their children and their lovely dogs made us feel very welcome. Our lodge was basic, with no hot water and only limited electricity, but it had everything we needed. A great choice if you enjoy camping and being close to nature.

Wilson and Rachel were so kind, flexible and helpful. For anyone traveling on a budget, this is easily the best place to stay, with nice tents, safari tents and cottages. The setting is peaceful, with chickens, goats, a cat, dogs and birds around, and it made for a really authentic experience. There's a masai village not far away, too. Meals are available at a good price and in generous portions, so you don't need to buy food in town, apart from water. I would've stayed longer if I could.

We4Kenya is just 15 minutes from the park entrance, a great location for the price. Wilson and Rachel were more than accommodating, flexible and welcoming, and the food they serve is generous and delicious. The rooms are very basic, as you'd expect for the price, and spiders may be an issue if you're afraid of them. The beds were spotless, though we found cobwebs and other animals elsewhere in the rooms, which comes with being in the middle of nature. They sell small water bottles, but you'd save money and plastic by bringing large 1,5 or 5 litre bottles from town. A water dispenser would be even better. All in all, it's a good base for a great safari at a very low price.
