Mary, Benjamin, Macharia, and Chef Paul deserve special thanks. The Mosa guest House staff were humble, experienced, and excellent with customer care and PR. They served us promptly and diligently, and their service was deeply satisfying. They really live up to the idea that service to humanity is service to God. Kudos to them.

I moved to Mosa after someone who worked at @central hotel recommended it. I used to stay regularly at @central hotel, but after new management, it wasn’t in good shape, with water flooding the bathroom after a shower. I hadn’t known such a clean, nice place as Mosa was there. The staff are welcoming and friendly, and the sheets are pure white, smoothly ironed, and smell clean. One tip: put a mat outside the bathroom door, since wet slippers can make you slide and have an accident. The laundry next to the hotel washed my clothes and delivered them to Mosa. If you want somewhere clean and quiet, I highly recommend Mosa.

The reception, cleanliness, and service were all top-notch. I’d recommend this place anytime. Good job, keep it up.

The rooms are very, very clean, which I loved. The beds are small, especially for a couple.

A cool, clean place with good service and a receptionist who puts customers first. It also feels very secure.
