The surrounding community is poor and the access roads need work. At the hotel, though, things are relaxed and upscale, whether you're working, resting, or just sleeping. The staff are friendly and very professional, the room service is high quality, and the conference facilities work well for a small group.

We waited two hours for an ETR Reciept because the receptionists seemed unable to make decisions without checking with the manager. The manager's tone also came across as discourteous, which made the visit worse. I also felt there was little transparency. The receptionist appeared to give us inaccurate information to cover for management's shortcomings, and we didn't see the commitment to serving others that the hotel talks about. After this, I'm unsure about coming back and would find it hard to recommend the hotel.

The buffet was a real treat for me, and the service was wonderful.

I asked for Managu vegetables but was given a mix of Managu, Terere, and kales instead. I also had trouble getting an ETIMS receipt, which my company needs to account for expenses. The receptionists couldn't make decisions on their own, and I was given false information that the particular room I requested was unavailable because it was under maintenance. Their turnaround time (TAT) was unacceptably low.
