The staff made my stay at The Candela Hotel especially pleasant. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and quick to help whenever I needed something. I also really enjoyed the freshly prepared food, with good variety at both breakfast and dinner. It’s right in the center of Siaya, so I could walk to restaurants, shops, and other nearby spots. My room was comfortable and clean, with reliable Wi-Fi and hot showers. I’d happily stay here again, whether I’m back for work or a trip, and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-run place in the area.

The professional service and convenient location make this a handy spot for dining, whether you’re there for work or leisure. It’s a relaxed restaurant with a cool, quiet atmosphere that works well for business meetings.

You can hear every step on the stairs, so it isn’t quiet. Still, it’s a good place.

Had the best experience in my hometown. Now I’m thinking of bringing my family here for two nights away from home. Let’s go.

Customer service at this Siaya hotel is very poor. The waiters seemed uninterested in serving customers.
