The apartment options, with three beds, seem handy for families, and the rooms come in single, double, and three-bed sizes. Each room has a TV, telephone, and Bible. The spot is quiet and tucked away from the city's bustle, though it's right in Section 9 in Thika. Royal Delight Hotel and Apartment also has a bar, but the hotel side felt quite deserted, and getting food or drinks took a long time. The seats are worn and could use a facelift. I wouldn't choose it for a conference. The service was lacking, the room had poor ventilation, and there was no PS system or projector. Tables were just metallic hotel tables, many chairs were worn out, and the charges felt too high for what was provided. Thanks to Jaymo, Esther, Regina, and Vivian for making our conference better.

The rooms are great, and requests got a quick response. I wasn't given a thorough explanation of the charges for the services, though.

Really good service, and the customer care was humble. The rooms were clean, and the food was top-notch.

The accommodation is affordable, though the setting feels old and cramped. Two serviced apartments fit into the setup, which could do with an overhaul soon.
