The rooms were spotless and well looked after, and the staff were so friendly and helpful that I felt welcome right away. The whole stay was comfortable, pretty much like being at home. The owner was amazing too. I could come to her with questions or requests, or just have a chat. She made the place feel warm and cozy. I was genuinely impressed and would love to return.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the ladies at reception spoke English well. I had a clean room with a private bathroom. Heating was the tricky part: we had to use the air conditioner, which made it hot near the ceiling while the floor stayed cold.

For a short trip, this is a good place to stay. The staff are helpful, and nearby shops have dinner options and basic groceries. There's a small lawn that feels soothing, with some seating inside the boundary. Breakfast is OK.

The en suite toilet and shower were in a clean room. Breakfast was simple but enough, though the only coffee was instant.

The beds were comfortable, and the staff were really friendly and helped arrange a Covid test in Bishkek. The furniture is a bit old, but it's ok for the price. My two big complaints are the awful shower pressure, at least on the first floor, and the weak Wi-Fi signal there. I didn't get a good shower during my stay, and the internet was almost unusable.
