⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We really enjoyed our three nights at Apple Hostel Bishkek. Our private room for two had its own bathroom and was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen was spotless, and the living room felt cozy and welcoming, with a big screen, a comfortable couch, and board games. The canteen was superb, too. We especially loved getting to learn how to cook plov, Kyrgyzstan’s national dish. It was a meaningful memory from the trip. Zana was especially friendly and helpful, and the staff made us feel at home from the start. Thanks for the warm hospitality and for helping us learn more about your beautiful country. We’ll definitely come back one fine day. Highly recommended! Warmest greetings from Malaysia

The food was great and ready early, and they even helped us buy the rare white honey. Staff, especially meer1mkg and the manager, were very kind and accommodating. Good service, clean rooms, and a comfortable stay for the price.

The customer service was a real highlight: the staff showed us around, chatted with us, got to know us, and helped when we needed it. They speak fluent English, too. The dorms were neat and spacious, with private outlets, personal lights in the female dorm, lockable drawers (bring your own lock), and privacy curtains. The canteen food was filling and a great perk for the price, though it didn’t look like the pictures. The common area also looked messy and disorganized, didn’t feel welcoming, and didn’t match the photos. Please update the pictures on booking and Google and make Apple Hostel feel cozier for travelers to interact. The kitchen needs repairs badly. The refrigerator didn’t stay cool, so my food kept going bad and I had to buy, cook, and eat everything the same day. It wasn’t well equipped, people left their dishes unwashed, utensils were scattered around, and everyone’s food was all over the place. There weren’t enough cutlery items, either. There’s a wide variety of daily social activities, which is great, but they felt a bit pricey for the area and travel style, so I’d give that three stars. Location also gets three stars: Bus 7 goes back and forth, the stop is one block down, and a superstore is around the corner. Bring 20 soms in cash for a one-way fare. Accessibility is partial. The garage has no ramp, though the main entrance does. There are rooms on the first floor, and the dorms have one step to get in.

I stayed at Apple Hostel when I visited Bishkek a month ago and liked it enough to return on this trip. It’s clean and comfy, with a laid-back feel, and a good place to meet other cyclists. The staff are great, always friendly and ready to share tips about Bishkek, tours, or travel around Kyrgyzstan. Osh Bazaar is about a 15-minute walk away. When I wasn’t out exploring, I hung out in the common room, chatting with travelers or playing chess. It’s really social, and I’ve made lots of friends here, including among the staff. Easily one of my favorite hostels.

Our group of four spent a night at Apple Hostel. The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. When we came back to Bishkek later, we booked the hostel’s city walking tour. It was very well organized, and we all enjoyed it. Our guide, Aigul, spoke great English and was knowledgeable and friendly. Having someone born and raised locally gave us an authentic perspective on Bishkek and Kyrgyzstan. I’d highly recommend the tour.
