The location was nice and close to everything, so I planned to stay here for almost a week without changing hotels. Instead, this turned into a lesson I won't forget, and I won't book here again. I give it a million ZERO 0. The issue was the airport taxi. We repeatedly asked reception whether the private taxi the hotel said it would arrange was free or paid. They clearly said it was free, including when we checked before arriving, and nobody mentioned a charge during our stay of more than a day. On checkout day, we asked again and were reassured it was free. But at the airport the driver demanded payment for both that trip and the taxi arranged on our first day. We called the hotel from the airport and asked directly if they had told us the taxi was free and we didn't need to pay. They said yes and admitted it. What should I call this? I'm sharing what happened so others double-check everything 100% and don't go through the same experience. Thank you to the hotel for a lesson we won't forget. ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

The room was very clean and spacious, with comfortable, decent-sized beds and a nice view, though the building across the street is under construction right now. Check-in was easy, and the front desk staff were friendly and spoke English. The gym was decent, too. They replenished the bottled water each day, and quickly brought things like more toilet paper or a spoon when I called. I stayed for a week. At first they did a great job making up the room, but halfway through they stopped making the beds and just left fresh towels. Not a deal breaker, just a bit disappointing. Breakfast was enjoyable and had lots of variety.

The hotel was being remodeled while I stayed there. The noise sometimes scared my colleagues enough that they left the room.

We were on a tour and stayed one night. The location was handy, close to everything we saw that day, and the breakfast was good with nice wait staff. The room was clean and the mattresses were comfortable, so for one quick night our group felt it was good enough. There was a smell in the room despite a sign warning of a $1,000 fine for smoking, and others in our group noticed the same problem. We also couldn't get the a/c working, only the fan, and other people had that issue too.
