Hostel Izzzi Hostel Bishkek

A great base between trips, with comfortable rooms, curtains, and showers. The kitchen and showers were always clean and working, and it was easy to meet other travelers and make friends. The price was great too. Special thanks to Anna and Aliya for being so friendly. I studied at Lingua Yurt School in the same building and stayed at this hostel. It was very good, especially for a place in central Bishkek. For me, it’s the best hostel in Kyrgyzstan and Central Asia.

The beds are decent and come with privacy curtains and lockers. It’s a fine place to stay, though people in the common areas can get pretty loud.

The 8 bed dorm is really spacious, and I think it’s the best one. The showers are amazing, the toilets are a bit squeezed but always very clean, and the kitchen has free tea and coffee. There’s also a small sitting area. It’s a great little hostel in one of the most central spots in Bishkek. It’s small and probably has a few more beds than it should, so it can feel busy. Still, it’s super clean inside, and the cleaning lady never stops working. The staff are lovely too. To find it, enter the building and take the stairs on the left to the first floor. Then go through the black door on your left.

There are plenty of showers with hot water and toilets, plus an adequate kitchen. The fridge gets crammed with people’s half-eaten food, though. Coffee and tea are provided as advertised, and the WiFi is good. Great location.
