Evropa Hotel

We had a nice balcony to relax on, and the room was well ventilated. We stayed in room No.6, where the Wi-Fi signal was weak, though it got better closer to the cafe. The staff were friendly, and the cafe portions were generous and affordable, with nice draft beer on tap. It’s in a beach resort estate, within walking distance of the lake and beach. Enjoyed our stay.

Basic accommodation and good value for money. I stayed here during the 2018 Nomad Games, close to the 'beach' and restaurants.

Very friendly people and good service.

We checked in during the day and everything seemed fine. Later, around 11:00 PM, we went to the front desk with a question about the sheets. There was a fitted sheet on the bed, and we had mistaken it for a mattress cover. These things happen, and not everyone has seen one before. We asked politely, but the staff member called us “country folk” and “undeveloped.” It was unexpected and really unpleasant. Hotel staff should treat guests respectfully, even when a question seems simple or silly. That response was unprofessional and inappropriate. We just wanted an explanation and were met with rudeness. We hope management addresses this and improves how guests are spoken to.
