Vavilon

After returning from Altyn Arashan, we really needed a quiet place to rest. The area was so peaceful that we slept for nine hours. The look in the photos may not suit everyone, but everything was very well kept, extremely clean despite the dust outside, and worked as it should, including the hot water, pressure, and bed firmness. The host was a lovely woman who was around when we needed help without hovering, and let us check out at our own pace. She used Google translate and arranged a transfer from the hotel to Altyn arashan for 8000som, paid directly to the driver. We used one of her washing machines for free, and she offered detergent, though I had brought my own pod. There were drying racks too. We extended one night for 3000 som, outside of B.com fees.

We needed to check in early, around 10 AM, because we were feeling unwell. The owner let us in without charging extra and made sure we were warm and comfortable. It’s a cozy, warm place on a quiet street with a peaceful countryside feel. I’m really grateful she hosted us.

The compound is gated, so we could park our car safely inside. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and there was a little pantry with a kettle, fridge, microwave, and large sofa. It was clean, and the toilet had hot water. The rooms are nice and clean, right in the city centre. The road outside is under construction, though, so try entering the compound by turning left onto the main road.

A beautiful guest house, with tidy, clean rooms. The owner was lovely, always smiling and available if we needed anything. Highly recommended.
