The dining room was filthy, with food on the floor, dust, flies, and dirty sofas, seats, and tables. Truly disgusting. My room smelled strongly of cigarettes, and I challenge anyone to find one that smells good and is clean. The sheets and pillows were dirty. The bed was like a wooden board, the hardest thing I've ever slept on. I've been camping in Kyrgyzstan for three weeks, and even the tents were much more comfortable. The carpet was dirty, too. The toilet is under the shower, so the whole toilet area gets wet because there's no proper shower cabin. Highly NOT recommended. Worst hotel I've ever been in.

The hotel manager was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful, and the location is very good. The rooms were nice and clean. The floor staff could be friendlier, though. In the kitchen, staff ignored requests like asking for salt, so I had to repeat myself to get it.

Aziz the manager was extremely helpful and friendly, and there's a small mini mart and liquor store right next to the hotel. We stayed and ate there. The rooms are comfortable and big enough for two, the WiFi was fast, the AC strong, and laundry was super quick. The toilet design isn't that good, but we had a great stay overall.

There are private cabins on the ground floor, with a washing room inside each cabin. The Chinese restaurant is on the first floor and serves open buffet lunch. Service is good, and it wasn't crowded.
