The room was clean and nice, and the air conditioner seemed new. The price was reasonable. Checkout took ages for what was supposed to be a simple process, and I’m not sure why. The staff could use better training.

The location was easy to reach, and the rate was very affordable. I stayed two nights and was impressed by how good the room was for such a quiet, rural area. It was spotless, and I liked having a balcony where I could sit and look out at the greenery. A lovely place to stay in Ratanakiri, highly recommended.

The room was comfortable and had a view of the lake, and it was good value for the money. The property felt quite run down, though, and the rooms could really use an update in style.

Staying in the middle of town made it easy to enjoy what Ratanakiri has to offer. The hotel sits by the lakebank of Kan Seng Lake, and a room with a front window gives you a great view. I liked the Khmer-style art in the interior, and the room was spacious and very comfortable. Some rooms have balconies. The bed was a little stiff, but I still liked the place. One of the best hotels in Ratankiri.

The room was neat and clean, and I really enjoyed the view. The hotel is right by the lakeside, and there's also a pool, so bring your swimming suit. It felt environmentally friendly, too. Health Government Officials and officials of the Ministry of Health can get a special rate. I really loved this place and would recommend it in Ratanakiri.
