Bun Homestay

We only stayed a short time at Bun's Homestay, but it was really nice. The neighborhood has no hotels, which gives the place a more authentic feel. It’s within walking distance of the city and has all the amenities you’d expect from a homestay.

Bun and his family were the best hosts, so helpful and friendly, and the neighborhood children made us feel welcome too. We felt at home and wished we could have stayed longer. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the area was quiet, and we slept really well. Breakfasts were great. You can reach the city center with a short walk along the river or take a tuk tuk at night.

Bun is a really nice guy, speaks very good English, and puts on a fun tour. His family are very kind too, and you can borrow his bike(s). The room was clean and spacious, and I had an amazing stay at Bun Homestay. I’d recommend staying here whenever you’re in Battambang, it’s so worth it!

Bun and his family were great hosts, and I’d absolutely recommend Bun's Homestay. He’s also a great guide, with tours at fair prices. He arranged a scooter for us, picked us up at the bus stop, and even took us back there when we checked out. The room was well equipped, clean, and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We got breakfast and cold water every day. It’s on a quiet side street, and the free bicycles make it a five-minute ride to the city center. We had a great stay and would definitely come again.
