Karma Traders Kampot

I spent nearly five months traveling around Southeast Asia, and this was one of my favorite hostels. It was hard to leave the community feel, and the staff were wonderful. The events were a lot of fun too. My room was clean, with a large bed and plenty of secure storage underneath. The rooftop bar and restaurant were really nice, and renting scooters from the hostel was cheap and easy. A must-stay in Kampot!

The dorm beds are great, and having your own fan in the pod is a nice extra. It’s a relaxed hostel with a lovely pool, and the rooftop bar is a good place to meet people. It’s a little outside the center, but you can easily get a tuk-tuk or rent a scooter.

Karma Traders is worth visiting, even if there isn’t much to do in Kampot town. The events are great, and it’s easy to meet other travelers there. It’s a bit outside the main town, but the walk isn’t far and a tuk-tuk is cheap. Renting a scooter for a day to explore Bokor National Park was so easy and fun. We saw monkeys and got a view of the coast. The lunch and dinner are really good too.

One of Cambodia’s best hostels. The rooms are nice and the shared spaces are great. All the staff are incredible, especially Zach at the pool bar. He’s a beauty and always gives 10/10 service. I’d definitely stay here again.
