For 11€ a night, it’s a pretty good budget hotel. The room was clean, the bathroom was okay, and the air conditioning worked great. Internet was all good, and the staff were friendly and responsive. The location is pretty good too 👍

On the plus side, the place feels almost brand new, with a new hard bed, sheets, towels, toilet, and so on, and it’s in a nice part of Kampot. But I booked through Agoda and requested two twin beds, then got one queen bed instead. I had to pay extra for two beds, and the replacement room was on the ground floor with a small window looking onto the hallway. Smoking isn’t allowed, but some guests ignored the rule. The cigarette smell was so strong I had to sleep in a mask to avoid sneezing all night.

A perfect budget stay: great location, clean room, good bed, and friendly, helpful staff. Don’t pay attention to reviews mentioning gulag. I’m sure that person doesn’t know what the word means.

The staff are helpful, and the room is nice and very clean, with good AC. There’s only a window overlooking the hallway, though. The location is good, close to bars and some attractions.
