Montagne Residence

Breakfast was delicious and satisfying, and the well-kept swimming pool gave me another nice place to unwind. Montagne Residence has spacious, attractive rooms that were clean and comfortable, with a peaceful atmosphere and lovely views around the property. The service was good, and the whole place made for a refreshing, relaxing stay in Kampot. A fantastic choice for a visit.

We were really disappointed by our stay last weekend. There was mold in the bathroom, lots of cockroaches in the room, and the toilet was broken. We told the staff, but they said the manager was out of town and that we'd have to call ourselves. They offered neither a different room nor a refund. I hope they improve the cleanliness and customer service.

The mountain view was one of my favorite parts of staying at Montagne Residence in Kampot. In the early morning light, it was especially peaceful. You can sometimes see a train passing, which felt nostalgic to me and gave the place a sense of local life rather than being disruptive. I stayed in the King suite, which was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The price felt fair for the quality. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed. The place has a calm, friendly atmosphere and seems thoughtfully arranged for comfort, especially if you want to take Kampot at a slower pace. I could tell care had gone into the details. I had a memorable stay and would happily return and recommend it.

The residence has creative architecture and a really cool room design, with a nice view and friendly staff. The bathroom was a little dirty. Breakfast was good enough, and the pub's drinks, especially the wine, were good.
