The room was really a suite with two rooms and two bathrooms, and both the space and the facilities impressed us. The view was fantastic, though the possibly fake birdsong was a bit noisy. We had lovely coffee from the shop in the foyer, and the simple breakfast was good. We only stayed two nights on our whirlwind trip around Indochina, so didn’t get time to try the small pool.

The beds were a good size, the bathroom was fine, and the room was quiet and comfortable with air-conditioning. It’s fairly central, so you can walk to local sights or take a tuktuk if you’d rather save the walk. I didn’t think the hotel breakfast was worth the price. There’s a market around the corner with a bakery selling nice cakes, or a small hotel restaurant across the road. The downstairs coffee place opened late and took ages to get started, so we never managed to get anything there.

We stayed two nights as part of a tour. The animal-shaped towels were a sweet welcome, and the rooms were very nice. Breakfast was lovely, with great views from the 7th floor.

Staff were kind and attentive, and there’s an on-site cafe with good coffee as well as a swimming pool outdoors. The hotel is in a quiet area, yet still close to the things you’d want to explore in Kampot. Rooms are modern, comfortable, and have the basics like AC, a TV, and a fridge. I’d recommend staying here.

It was my first stay here, and I felt right at home. You’re close to the Kampot riverbank and about 500m from the durian roundabout, near the night market. I’d recommend staying there.
