The room was comfortable and good for a stay. The AC and refrigerator both worked well, and security was available 24/7.

Leaving felt like being reborn. There were cockroaches in the room, and the rickety bed groaned whenever I moved. The air conditioning barely worked. Even set to 16 degrees with the fan on full blast, it was too warm under the blanket. The showers were so bad that public swimming pools probably have cleaner ones. Bring your own toiletries. They provide some, but I couldn't bring myself to use them. The one upside is that it's close to the airport. A car at 4:30am cost 7700 khr. Easily the worst hotel I've ever checked into.

The room was cheap and the airport is a 15-minute walk away. But cleaning was very poor, and the toilet and facilities weren't properly maintained. There were serious problems with the general upkeep, including a cigarette smell in the room and a malfunctioning air conditioner.

6/10
The place is handy for the airport, close enough to walk, and the staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms are very worn and dirty in spots, and there’s nothing to do nearby. It’s the cheapest hotel around, so keep expectations low. That airport access is really the only reason I’d stay.

The staff were friendly and willing to share information. They did what they could to sort out guests’ problems, and our room was clean.
