Calao Kep Residence Hotel

We enjoyed our one-night visit. The staff were friendly, and our room was clean and spacious. The pool was big enough for our child to play in, and they even brought breakfast to our room for convenience. We’d recommend the hotel and would happily return.

The breakfast wasn’t an all-you-can-eat meal, though there was plenty of food. What spoiled the experience was being told we couldn’t take away what we hadn’t finished, even though we wanted to avoid wasting it. They said hotel rules didn’t allow it and that the leftovers would be eaten by animals. I didn’t know what to make of that. The stay itself was okay, but breakfast service left a lot to be desired.

I had an ocean-view room that was amazing, clean, and very well organized. The guest service was great too. I’d definitely recommend checking this hotel out and will come back.

It’s a really nice hotel with awesome customer service, and the room was very nice. It only opened in 2019, but they seem to understand what customers want from a hotel stay. The food was fresh and great, and they serve only the highest quality available.
