The service was poor, with very rude staff and a bad attitude. The entrance is extremely dark and has a scary feel. It looks haunted, and it’s a bad place to stay. I’d avoid this resort.

I didn’t have a good stay. The hotel felt creepy and neglected, as if it had been abandoned with no maintenance. The room smelled, and there was an unexplained noise on the toilet roof. The pool was dirty, and an electric wire for what was meant to be an LED lamp was inside it.

Darica was a lovely break for our family from the busy city of Phnom Penh, where we live. We brought our baby and felt comfortable having her there, with mosquito nets over the beds that gave us peace of mind at night. The resort is also very close to the crab market and the port for trips to Rabbit Island. Highly recommend!

I’ve stayed here twice, two years apart, and found it comfortable both times. The owner and his family speak English very well and help with any problems. They don’t cheat you, and the food and service were very good. They’re friendly, kind people.

We had a really relaxing time and would come back, despite a few small issues. The bungalows were very good, and the poolside was nice, though the water could have been clearer for our taste. Swimming was still nice. The menu is simple and tasty, and the morning coffee is strong. Drinks were mostly fine, but they could turn out differently depending on who made them. The staff were always helpful.
