Everything is very well maintained, and the service is cordial. The staff are cooperative all the way from reception through the cleaning services. I’d definitely recommend it to my friends.

The wide, clean rooms are very appealing, and it’s a lovely place to take photos of the views and breathe fresh air. Some staff can’t speak English, but we won’t forget this place and will try to return. We highly recommend Mekhaung view tower to others as a place to stay.

We bought a two-bedroom condo and are furnishing it now. We love the building and its amenities. Once we’ve added our own touches, we’ll share more pictures.

As a real estate agent, I like Mekong View 2, a condominium development that was among the first to go up a few years ago. I understand people don’t usually fall in love with it at first sight, and I can’t go into all the details here, but there are two drawbacks and two advantages to keep in mind. It’s a little quiet, and at first glance the place can feel empty. Some people also think Choychranvar is too far away. On the plus side, it’s one of the cheapest new projects, and buying from a previous owner can be really profitable in the long run. I sold a wonderful unit for less than $1,400 per square meter, while prices are now rising above $2,500 per square meter. Choychranvar isn’t far, maybe 10 minutes from Wat Phnom, and it’s a great option for buyers who want to stay outside the chaos of the big city and get a nature or holiday feeling in everyday life.
