SSB Residence

I stayed one night on a business trip, booking a Premium Studio at SSB Residence for March 18, 2025. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable smell, great A/C, and all the amenities in good order. It felt like very good value at a reasonable price. Staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. The central Phnom Penh location has lots of shops and restaurants nearby, plus a 7-Eleven for drinks. I'd highly recommend it.

For a young business traveler looking for a different kind of stay, SSB Residences offers a boutique mixed-use space with polished living and working conditions. The management is extremely professional and seems intent on impressing. Major attractions and shopping areas around Asia are close by, and nightlife is emerging for people who like to party responsibly. It's an illustrious luxury complex.

The room is very clean, with a comfortable bed, a lovely bathroom and a heater in it. The air conditioning is great, which matters in Cambodia, where dry season days can stay above 34°C (93°F). There's also a nice balcony and a refrigerator, though I never used it since food in Cambodia is so cheap. It's a one-room apartment right in downtown, so there's plenty going on. The downside is that there are only about two outlets, so bring an extension cord or get used to charging your phone near the sink or TV. A chair would help too, so I could sit and use my phone while it charges.

The building and room were clean, and I liked the pleasant atmosphere. The housekeeping staff were nice too. The female receptionist was accommodating, good with kids, and communicated really well in English. I recently booked here and only have good things to say. I'd stay again and recommend it to friends.
