Getting to the lobby, which is in the garage, and then to the rooms means taking some steep, uneven stairs. The shared spaces and patio could use a refresh too, with faded old cushions and sagging chairs. Breakfast was a very basic “American” meal, sometimes with a croissant, but there weren't other choices, fresh juice, or fruit. The rooms themselves are nice, the beds comfortable, and the air-conditioning works well, helping mask the occasional daytime road noise. Service was courteous. The pool, though, has no filter and the water is murky, so it's basically useless.

We stayed in one of the five rooms, which was lovely and very spacious, and the staff gave us plenty of attention. They were amazing, helpful, and attentive. Although it's next to the highway to Kampot, the place was really quiet and peaceful, even over the busy Chinese New Year long weekend. We'd definitely come back.

The rooms are huge, clean, and nicely decorated, and the prices are very reasonable. Kep's a great place to relax, and this resort has the best location, friendly helpful staff, and a romantic, natural feel that I'd always dreamed of. I love it here and will keep coming back whenever I visit Kep. 😍😍😍👍👍👍👍👍

From the hotel you get a stunning view of the mountain across from it, and the beach is only a five-minute walk away. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's a great place to stay and enjoy Kep, with private surroundings where everyone can leave with good memories.
