Everything felt uncomfortable, with broken-looking things throughout and an unhygienic feel despite a cleaner being there for the rooms. The hotel also looks very old. I wouldn't recommend staying here to foreign visitors.

I booked four nights, but things went downhill on the first day. The $13 room had one bed and AC. A picture on the wall was cracked, the TV was broken, and the AC was broken too, though it still worked. The bathroom wasn't too bad. For the same price, I'd suggest Oudom Sambath for a better room.

The stairwell is very dark, and the lighting design needs work. AC rooms cost $15 a night, but some have old air conditioners that don't work well.

The price was reasonable and we got a spacious, pleasant room. Some repairs are needed, though: the bathtub wasn't fixed in place, and the pool wasn't very clean.

The staff are friendly, and the price is fair. Our room was clean, including the mattress sheet and towel. The toilet is a little old and could be better maintained.
