10/10
Spacious rooms, good facilities, and a simple check-in, with early arrival and late departure allowed without questions or extra charge. The hotel is centrally located near restaurants and shops, and the staff are courteous and very helpful. They can arrange tuk-tuks, cars, or vans for sightseeing at lower prices. Good value for a comfortable stay, and I recommend it.

I’ve stayed here many times since 2017. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

The reception team were cordial and helpful, and you can arrange an airport taxi there. It’s right in the city center, with PubStreet an easy walk away and tuk-tuks available for temple visits around Siem Reap. The hotel itself is decent and average, with very limited breakfast choices.

The staff were friendly, and for $20 a night I suppose we got what we paid for. Breakfast was included and wasn’t bad for free, but the dining room was hot even at 7 in the morning. Our room was hot too. The air conditioning worked, but didn’t blow cold air. Nice hotel, though it needs a serious upgrade, especially the air conditioning.

The rooms were nice and comfortable, breakfast was excellent, and I felt completely safe. During my 04 night stay, the friendly, supportive staff were ready to help around the clock, which made the hotel feel like home. Special thanks to Mr. Ben, Chia, and the little smiley Girl. I won’t forget this stay and will visit again to see my friends. Love and miss you all!
