The highlight for us was the family villa, with its generous space, rooftop terrace and pool. It had everything we needed and was kept spotless. Our requests were always handled with a smile, and the fridge was regularly replenished with complimentary water and soft drinks. We also made great use of the free bicycles and appreciated the included laundry service. Ryna, Frank and their team made our 12 days at this small hotel feel very welcoming. It's a peaceful little oasis on a quiet side street in the middle of Siem Reap, not far from the center or Angkor Wat. They arranged airport transport for us, which we were grateful for, and can also organize trips around the area if you want. I still miss those breakfasts on the fantastic rooftop terrace. The setting among the gardens and tall, century-old trees was beautiful, and the managers were friendly and professional throughout our stay. We felt right at home, and they made the holiday especially comfortable. Huge thanks to Rina and Fren, I'll miss you! We spent five days in a two-bedroom villa and enjoyed every minute. It was spacious, clean and fully equipped, with a breezy private rooftop terrace, a pool and a jacuzzi. Breakfast was delicious and served just right.

De Sarann Villa is a lovely, comfortable place to unwind, with a beautiful private pool and a peaceful atmosphere. It sits in a charming local village, just five minutes from the city center, so you get a quiet retreat without being far from town. I highly recommend it for its location and service.

Breakfast was one of the best parts of my stay, fresh, full of flavor and nicely presented. The team were warm and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Sarann Villa felt like a calm village retreat, though the lively city center is only five minutes away. My private pool villa was cozy and luxurious. I wholeheartedly recommend this family run Villa for a stay that combines peace, convenience and genuine hospitality.

The staff were really nice, and the hotel's location near Angkor Wat was convenient. Getting there by car was awkward, though: the hotel is on a narrow road, and my car couldn't enter from one direction. The advertised 115 square meters for the villa seems to include the rooftop pool, so the actual room felt smaller than that figure suggests. The shower pressure was weak, and there wasn't enough hot water for me to use the bathtub.
