At checkout, they inspected the room in front of me and said everything was fine. They promised to transfer my $300 deposit within two weeks, but it never came. They ignored my messages until I sent a screenshot of the deposit receipt. Then they said they wouldn't refund it. I mentioned contacting the police, and only then did they reply. A few days later, they claimed the room and towels were dirty, even though everything had been clean, and called the deposit a fine. They also claimed there was an electricity charge, despite my having a bill confirming I'd paid it, which I sent them. I told them to take screenshots and file a police report, 🤣, and then she deleted our correspondence. They did everything they could to keep my money. I've heard before that this place doesn't return deposits, but I didn't believe it until it happened to me. It's a shame. How do they expect clients to come back if they deceive everyone?

The facilities look amazing, but this is the most disgusting, neglected place I've ever been. Everything is filthy. After the airport closed, they apparently lost their clients or investors or something and fired all the cleaners. There were mosquitoes waiting to bite in the bathroom and cockroaches around. The air conditioner was so dirty and disgusting I couldn't use it, so I had to sleep in the heat on a moldy bed. If you read this review and still come here, something is seriously wrong with you.

The rooms are a good size and have all the facilities, though my microwave didn't work. It's quite a way from Riverside and most of the main attractions.

You get good value for the money, and there are three big swimming pools. The rooms are a bit old and only moderately clean, but the service is great. You can also buy drinks really cheaply until 10 pm. I'd recommend staying here in Phnom Penh.

We paid $60 a night for a double bedroom with two bathrooms, so for the price it's good. There are lovely pools, a gym, and a cafe/restaurant, and it's very quiet with hardly anyone around. It's near the airport but a bit far from downtown. The cleanliness is the only reason I wouldn't give it five stars. The bed, sheets, and pillows were clean, so it was fine. I'd recommend it for small groups.
