I found bed bugs in the bed, and there were cockroaches in the bathroom too. The room WiFi also didn’t work. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

For $8, the stay was alright. I had a single room with a fan, and there wasn’t a hot shower, though in the tropics I didn’t really need one. The place was clean, which matters most to me in a hotel, and the staff were friendly. Everything else matched what Booking.com described. I wouldn’t rely on Google ratings either way, just see for yourself. This hotel was fine.

We all came for the tourist right. Like this if you are.

There’s no hotel at this exact spot, so I think the location was entered incorrectly. If you’ve ended up here, you’re probably lost. Take a tuktuk and look for “Capitol Guesthouse and Restaurant” instead. The actual place is quite nice.

The air conditioning could have been cooler. The room itself was dated but clean, and the staff were friendly.
