The shower was one of the best I've ever had. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a great feel to them. Breakfast was lovely too. There wasn't a huge selection, but everything they did serve was great. I'd recommend staying here when traveling in Phnom Penh.

I stayed for a week starting January 12, 2026. The hotel is newly built and reasonably priced, with a buffet breakfast of around 25 or more items. It suited my business trip well, including inviting people to meet at the hotel restaurant, though it's a little far from the riverside for tourists. My main issue was that the staff weren't very cooperative. Once, I asked the front desk to help me understand what my Cambodian-speaking friend was asking, and they refused straight away. I had similar problems two or three times. Management should train staff on how to deal with clients. Otherwise, everything was okay for me.

We got an early check-in, a free room upgrade, and a nice, super clean room. The buffet breakfast wasn't very good, but it was free. For the price, this hotel is hard to beat. We'd paid more at nearby hotels that weren't nearly as nice. I'd definitely come back.

The rooftop pool was the highlight for me, especially at sunset. Breakfast had fresh options, and housekeeping kept the room neat each day. The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful with taxis, directions, and local tips. Even in a busy area, the room stayed quiet and peaceful. At Sim Boutique Hotel, the room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with a soft bed that made for a good night's sleep. The bathroom had hot water around the clock and strong pressure, and Wi-Fi stayed fast and stable throughout. Great value for money, and highly recommended for a Phnom Penh visit.

The staff were friendly and attentive, and we were sorry to leave this beautiful hotel. We had a lovely stay. Our room was amazing and well equipped, and the beds were so comfortable.
