King Grand Boutique Hotel

Really good hotel for the price. The staff were so helpful and caring. I especially want to thank the receptionist who looked after us when we were getting picked up by Giant Ibis this morning. I don't know her name, but thanks for everything.

Very clean and tidy, with friendly staff and good value. There's no room service, but for this price that's fine. Booking here also gets you access to the sky pool on the 13th floor of their new hotel, just a short walk away.

A safe, convenient area close to the tourist spots, with clean, well-kept rooms and comfortable beds. The customer service was excellent and it's good value for regular travelers. It did get a bit noisy from the nearby park and plaza. I'd come back.

The rooms were clean and modern, and the shower had strong hot and cold water, not an electric heater. A maid tidied the room every day, though there was no do not disturb sign. Staff were great, helpful, and understanding. I met the owners too, which was nice. As far as I know, they have three hotels, and guests can use two of the three pools for free. My daughter used one, and towels were provided right away. I booked two rooms. In room 705, the laminate floor had come loose, apparently from previous guests walking around with wet feet; the other room didn't have that problem. The doors are also very thin, so people in the hallway can hear you. Would I recommend it? Yes.
