The room was reasonably clean, though it felt like the place had seen better days. The location is the real plus, very central, with the Royal palace right next door. It’s a budget stay, so you get what you pay for. The weak AC, fan with no buttons, and shower without warm water didn’t bother us much, except the AC. If those things would bother you, look elsewhere.

Its main advantage is how close it is to the Riverside, just a stone's throw away. Otherwise, it's a cheap place to sleep, and that's about it. The property has gone downhill over the years: no breakfast anymore, the room phone is gone, and the TV is disconnected. The lighting is minimal and everything seems in disrepair.

We paid for a ten-day stay for two, though I stayed in Siem Reap and missed the first two days. On our second night, I felt unwell and went to bed early. My girlfriend came back a couple of hours later, but they wouldn't let her come up to our room. She had to find another hotel and pay for a separate room that night. After that treatment, we left the next morning, and the hotel refused to refund us.

The room was average, and there’s no elevator. Mosquitoes were another nuisance. What really put me off was the woman at reception, who was rude and treated me badly; her tone was very unprofessional. I chose this hotel because the reviews looked good, but I wouldn't stay here again.
