Smile Boutique Hotel by EHM

We hadn't booked a place when our bus host kindly looked up nearby hotels and suggested THE SMILE BOUTIQUE, literally next to VET Bus Station PHENOM PEHN. It was just right for us. Our family room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including a balcony for sitting or drying clothes. The hotel was very quiet despite the bus station next door, and the service was impeccable. Mr Moon, Sreyleap, and Chandra did so much to make our stay memorable. The food and drinks at the SMILE were always delicious, and the complimentary breakfast was cooked perfectly. It feels like a five-star hotel at a three-star price. The pool beside the dining room looked clean and inviting, but it wasn't warm enough for us to use. Shops, restaurants, and bars require a walk, so you'll need a tuktuk or taxi if you don't want to walk. There's usually transport at the front door. Many thanks to our bus host too, though I forgot his name.

We've booked more than 30 hotels in Phnom Penh, and this one stood out most for service. Every staff member spoke fluent English and was friendly, helpful, and dedicated. They made us feel well looked after. The Manager also deserves a special thanks for caring so much about guests and making sure everyone had a good stay. The Smile Hotel was spotless and well kept, the rooms were fantastic, and the pool was a lovely place to relax. Breakfast was incredible, with every dish prepared perfectly. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back! 🫶

The location is brilliant, just seconds on foot from the bus interchange for travel around Cambodia, and the bed was really comfortable. Manager Mr. Moon and staff Buntheuon, Sreyleab, Puthypong provided excellent service and deserve our appreciation. I'd happily stay here again 👍🏻

The hotel was easy to reach before our trip, and the team even contacted us ahead of arrival. When our schedule changed, they adjusted without any trouble. The service was excellent. Our room was a nice size with good air conditioning already running, so it was cool when we arrived, and the bed was very comfortable. The bus terminal is right next door, and the riverside is close by too.
