Mr Wattana Tan and the staff were warm and attentive throughout our stay, making sure we had what we needed and looked after us. We arrived early and were fine with waiting for the room, but they upgraded us from deluxe to suite so we wouldn't have to. Everyone seemed naturally kind, well trained, and helpful. The food was a highlight. Breakfast had a generous spread of traditional and Western choices, and the menus were creative and delicious. We'll miss the Bamboo Chicken and the basket of Appetizers. Everything was very clean, well arranged, and comfortable, including the room, bed, Spa, restaurants, and restrooms throughout the hotel. It's not far from Pub Street, the Royal Palace, Night Market, and everyday needs like laundry service, a polyclinic, and shopping. They also have Tuktuk Service. We definitely recommend the hotel and its services.

After days visiting the temples, the pool was a great place to unwind, and breakfast offered plenty of local and international choices. The Borei Angkor Resort & Spa made a fantastic base for Angkor Wat and the nearby temples. We spent three nights there. The property is beautiful, clean, and well cared for, with roomy, comfortable rooms. Staff were welcoming, very friendly, and helpful the whole time. We'd happily return and highly recommend it.

We stayed in mid January 2026 and chose Borei Angkor Resort & Spa for our wedding guests. It made the occasion even more special, and our guests couldn't stop talking about the resort. Several said it was the best place they'd ever stayed. The setting is stunning, with beautiful design and a peaceful, luxurious feel. Staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout. Rooms were gorgeous, service was exceptional, and the breakfast buffet was a standout, with everyone raving about the range and quality each morning. Highly recommend for a visit to Siem Reap.

The dinner we had on our first evening cost a bit more than some places in town, but the quality of the food and the ambience made it worthwhile. This is a high end hotel that deserves its rating, with great food, very friendly staff, and exceptional cleanliness. Our first-floor room had good air conditioning, a powerful hot shower, and a slipper bath, plus a kettle, tea and coffee, water, and a fridge. The pool was clean and warm, and the gym had a very good selection of cardio equipment and weights. From the hotel entrance it's a £3/4 tuk tuk to pub street, or a short walk if you can handle the heat. Recommended.

Mudita Spa was outstanding, with amazing service. Staff at Borei Angkor were also exceptionally courteous, greeting us whenever we left and when we returned from excursions. The whole property, including our room, was spotless, the bedding was very comfortable, and the stay felt deeply relaxing. It's just 1.2 km from the Siem Reap River. For a 5-star hotel, I thought breakfast was only okay, though tastes differ. Great staff and service made for a wonderful stay.
