The hotel itself is a gem, well located, and the staff service was 5 star across the board. The reception team deserve a mention, along with the concierge, Nay, who was courteous and helpful, and didn't hesitate to do anything we needed. At dinner, our waiter Da was especially helpful, suggesting dishes that suited my diet. We had a good conversation, and I enjoyed hearing about his background and his move to Phnom Penh for work. His English is beautiful, and he's confident, assured, and personable. I think he'll go far. Thanks, Da, for all the information. Thank you all. José

Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of different choices, though that was the only meal I had there. The room and hotel were very clean and hygienic, and the staff even carried our luggage and bags. I loved my short stay; the service was amazing. I'd recommend this place 100% and would stay again whenever I visit my home country. 💗☺️

Mr Sophea, the Concierge, looked after us throughout our five nights in Phnom Penh. I recognized his friendly face, and it turned out he'd been our concierge at Raffles three years earlier. Such a pleasure to see him again. Bell boy Sanith handled our bags excellently, and at breakfast Mr Heng quickly picked up on what we liked. He also told us about specials the chef could cook before we headed out for the day. The staff were friendly from our arrival to our departure, always greeting us with smiles. The hotel was up to a good standard, with clean, pleasant rooms, an excellent breakfast, and a location that worked perfectly for our stay. We used a discount voucher for Bodia, the massage spa at the hotel, and had a great one hour treatment before going to the rooftop restaurant. The food and view were both great. We also left some of our things in the room, and they assured us they would be safe until we came back to collect them. Nothing but good things to say. Recommended!

I was deciding between this and the Raffles, and I'm so glad I stayed here. As an Accor Plus Platinum member, I got a welcome email the day before, a room upgrade, fruit and desserts as welcome snacks, and a late checkout until 4PM that they offered proactively. The room was huge and modern. Welcome drinks could be redeemed at the rooftop bar, and there was also an Accor Plus discount on food and drinks. The executive lounge was open all day, with afternoon tea and evening cocktails and canapés. The staff were the real standout, going above and beyond at every point. At breakfast, even though the coffee was self serve, someone noticed my cup was empty and brought another just the way I like it. At the rooftop bar, staff suggested food, cocktails, and tourist attractions, and saved tables for me so I didn't have to make reservations. In the lounge, they remembered guests' names, took time to chat, and noticed I hadn't eaten the canapés. One staff member even asked if she could arrange something different for me. The property is modern and well located. You can walk to things or take a short tuk tuk ride. Food quality was amazing, with a breakfast spread for all tastes and a phenomenal ceviche sampler at the upstairs bar. The room soundproofing was great, and I slept soundly every night. Two small downsides: the pool wasn't heated, and despite the hot climate it was cold as heck. The area also didn't seem to get much sun. The pool bar was completely closed.
