Orussey One Hotel & Apartment

Everything was within easy walking distance, and the location was excellent. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a view of the neighborhood around Orussey Market. Service was excellent too. The staff were responsive and helpful, though I wish more of them spoke English. I booked at the last minute and only read the reviews afterward. Some of the negative experiences nearly made me cancel, but I’m glad I went ahead. Overall, the room, bathroom, and stay were good.

The team were patient when I had trouble with my bank card, first when it was blocked and later when I lost it. They supported me despite the payment delay, even though the hotel rules normally don’t allow that, and I’m especially grateful for their understanding. My friends from Kyrgyzstan and I, traveling from Kazakhstan, stayed at Orussey One Hotel & Apartment, and I was in room 801. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the service was great, and the staff were very kind and helpful. Thanks for the hospitality 💙. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a comfortable place with a warm, friendly atmosphere in Cambodia.

The area looked a bit dodgy, and getting around the hotel was frustrating with just one lift for 12 floors. You can wait a long time for it. The rooms are very noisy, and you hear everything in the halls. The door alarm is a good idea if people close the doors, but when they don’t, it goes off during the night. My room was basic, the shower smelled and had mould, and breakfast was terrible with no selection. It’s listed as four stars on booking.com, but it barely feels like three. Definitely not four-star quality if that’s what you’re after.

Good value for money, with clean, well-equipped rooms. The breakfast had a generous selection and was good quality.
