The good parts were how cheap it was and the great location. The bed was cosy and clean, but the shower area only looked chic. Its shelf was way too high for an Asian girl, and one drain served three faucets. The upper bunk was hard to climb into with just one side bar to hold on to, and the reading light was in an odd spot with no way to adjust the volume. Maybe because I checked in late, my bed was messed up and I was given the wrong room. I had to walk down all four floors to reception to get the right key. When I explained what had happened, the staff member didn't believe me at first, even after following me to the room. When he eventually saw I was right, he didn't apologize or explain. Instead, he asked me to explain to the morning staff why I'd moved rooms. At this price, I think lots of people wouldn't mind the discomfort I mentioned.

Aeon mall is just a short walk away, and the hostel has everything I needed. The beds were really comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the showers were hot. Staff were very friendly, the lockers were huge, and everything was clean. One of the best!

It’s a peaceful place, and the staff are kind. The hostel is clean and feels new. I’d recommend it to anyone spending either a short stay or a longer stretch in PP. Best hostel in Cambodia.

The bathrooms and bedding were clean. The “private” rooms on the first floor are small, though. Aircon was running, but the ventilation could be better, especially with one of the two units switched off.

The place was clean and reasonably comfortable, and the staff were really friendly and spoke decent English. One strange thing: they switch the AC off during the hottest part of the day, so it’s best to head out until around 4.
