The Soro rooftop bar was a great spot for sunset, with friendly, attentive staff and good live music. I booked for 5:30 in advance and got a lovely table; when I returned after dinner the place still had a good vibe. We ate at Brasserie Louis. My steak was really good, though my wife found her burger a little bland. She'd asked for it without truffle, so maybe the seasoning stood out more. Breakfast there gave me the best omelette of the holiday. Dinner was good, but the restaurant lacked atmosphere with so few diners spaced around the room. The Cuts restaurant above Soro looked very good, but we didn't fancy spending £300 on food and wine, so we didn't try it. This was my first stay at a Rosewood, and it won't be my last. Our room on the 28th floor was fabulous, comfortable, and had a great view. The staff were very attentive, spoke excellent English, and were helpful. We were only in town for a one-night transit stop, so stayed in the hotel. There are plenty of places to eat and drink, though they can be a bit pricey, as you'd expect. We'd seen the visitor attractions earlier in the holiday, and the hotel is well placed for the key sights too. A couple of small gripes: the Soro bar stools weren't very comfortable, and the public rooms were so heavily air-conditioned that I had to offer my wife a scarf. Otherwise, highly recommended.

The indoor pool and spa were lovely places to unwind after a day around the city, and the food and drinks were another highlight. Sora rooftop bar has a great atmosphere and incredible views; the restaurants serve high-quality food with a refined touch. The panoramic views across Phnom Penh and the Mekong River are stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. The hotel sits high above the city, and the spacious, modern rooms are beautifully designed, with floor-to-ceiling windows, comfortable beds, and luxurious bathrooms. Service was professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without feeling overdone. Everything went smoothly from check-in to checkout. I had a fantastic stay at Rosewood Phnom Penh, easily one of the best luxury hotels in the city. It's definitely priced as a premium experience, but for comfort, views, and top-tier service, I think it's worth it.

As someone who lives in this city, I'm continually impressed by how Rosewood supports Phnom Penh's arts community. They've helped tremendously with Phnom Penh Designers Week, shown incredible work by local artists, supported Phnom Penh Pride, and done much more. The hotel's administration and staff show how businesses can have a real positive impact. Thank you, Rosewood, for everything you do beyond being a great hotel.

If paradise offered turndown service, I suspect it would feel a lot like Rosewood Phnom Penh. I've stayed in plenty of hotels, but none quite like this one. It's so elegant that even my lobby mirror reflection seemed to straighten its tie and improve its manners. From arrival, the staff made me feel like royalty, which is impressive given that my family tree has more tax invoices than crowns. The rooms are so well appointed I briefly considered putting the bathroom on the property market. The view from the upper floors was magnificent enough to feel heavenly, until I remembered that heaven probably doesn't ask for a minibar deposit. The service was outstanding. My dry cleaning was handled faster and more precisely than my life decisions. It was meant to be ready overnight, and the delay was entirely my fault because I was late, but somehow the staff got it back to me the same day in just three hours. If efficiency were an Olympic event, Rosewood would win gold and silver, then graciously pass on bronze because there'd be no room in the closet. A special bow to Alice at Retail, whose charm could sell me almost anything, short of a second suitcase to carry it all. And to Manon, the Director of Communications, whose warm hospitality made me feel less like a guest and more like a much-loved eccentric uncle. The hotel, city, and people were all beautiful. If I don't come back soon, it's only because I'm worried I'll move in for good and start getting charged property tax.

We visited the Rosewood Hotel for the Cocktail Festival, and the whole experience was amazing from start to finish. The rooms were spotless and beautiful, the food was outstanding, and the drinks were next level. Everything felt luxurious and carefully done. The people really made it special. From management to staff, everyone was fantastic, and the service was warm, professional, and world-class. Five-star everything, 10/10 across the board. I honestly can't recommend it enough, and would give it even more stars if I could.
