Peter and Sidhartha at reception were fantastic. They helped us with everything and made us feel cared for and comfortable. The hotel was quiet, the beds were great, the view was great, and there were food places everywhere nearby. It's also easy to get around on foot. Rooms were extremely clean, and you can request daily cleaning and fresh sheets with the sign on your door. Refillable filtered water was a nice touch. Thanks for a great stay!

We were 17 girls staying across several rooms, and every room was dirty. All the sheets had stains, some brown, black, or yellow, and a couple of rooms smelled so bad we had to move. Apart from that, the stay was fine. Breakfast was mediocre and the location was good, but the poor cleaning and maintenance are hard to overlook.

We only stayed briefly. The hotel seems to be on a very busy street, but the reception area was clean and pleasant, the staff were friendly, and they kindly gave us a later checkout. The beds were okay and the bathroom reasonable. Breakfast wasn't great, and even after I tried to explain, the coffee still tasted sweet. The two young women spoke very little English.

The staff were wonderful: the receptionists were welcoming and check-in went smoothly. The room was comfortable and roomy enough for the price, but I spotted a small cockroach, and the corridor had a lingering moldy smell, possibly from the carpet. Breakfast had no vegetarian choices apart from fresh, tasty fruit. I wasn't keen on the street itself, though the location makes it easy to walk to the Royal Palace and many restaurants. It's a decent place for a night, with great staff and convenient access to tourist spots. Better cleanliness and more breakfast variety would improve it.
