The building is very tall, which I hadn’t realized, and the corner room 1601A gets shade and wind along with a 180-degree city view. There’s no gas stove in that room. The staff are friendly, the elevator works but needs a key, and there’s 24-hour security at the door. The management is in the building too. The place is clean, and I like that it’s pet friendly. There are small businesses outside, plus a convenience store in the building where you can order little groceries through telegram and pay when they bring them to your room. There’s also a snack restaurant. The outdoor pool is lovely and large, and the gym is a decent size. One room has only a tennis table, so I guess you need to bring your own paddles and balls. No sauna or steam room, which is a shame, but it’s okay. In August this will be my new living adventure for a year. I hope the business does well and keeps up its quality.
