The entertainment district is a great spot if you want to be in the middle of things. The Riverside Lux Hotel in Phnom Penh is very good value for the price, with clean rooms. The breakfast buffet is back to how it used to be, with plenty of variety and food. I can definitely recommend it.

We were able to check in early, and the service was good. The rooms are clean, and breakfast is good for the price of the room. If you're in Cambodia, watch out for the $100 scam. Someone may quickly switch your bill and claim it's fake. Also, don't go into massage places advertising $5 or $10, where they give you a locker and ask you to put all your belongings inside. There's a back door they can use to take your things out.

Almost new, this beautiful hotel has a huge balcony, a decent breakfast, and a superb pool. The rooftop view is great.
