The facilities were good for our two-night stay during a small workshop. We had nice rooms, a clean swimming pool, and a good conference room that we rented. The food was okay. I’m giving it four stars because something about the service, especially the management, wasn’t quite satisfying.

The large swimming pool was in good condition, and it’s the reason I gave four stars. Service was average, and the food wasn’t that great. It’s spicy, so ask for non-spicy dishes if that’s what you want. Some staff can come across as rude, though they don’t speak English well.

The ladies’ bathroom was dirty, and the female manager was very impolite. She let other people wear underwear in the swimming pool, but told me not to wear my sports top, which I had on to cover my bikini. I thought Cambodians were modest people. Guess not.

We’ve just checked out and won’t stay here again. They charged us for a dirty pillowcase. We complained because we’d never heard of that before, and the receptionist/manager threw the pillowcase at us. They were very rude, and the whole thing left us feeling uneasy and sour.
