TAO Riverside Residence

The staff were friendly and helpful, and my stay at TAO Riverside Residence was smooth and enjoyable. From the riverside location, it was easy to reach restaurants and attractions, with lovely city views nearby. My room was roomy, clean, and comfortable, with strong air-conditioning and fast Wi-Fi. It was a relaxing and convenient place to stay in Phnom Penh, and I'd happily come back and recommend it to other visitors. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The staff were fantastic, always smiling, courteous, and ready to help. My room was a bit dated, but the bed was very comfortable and daily service kept everything spotless. There’s no restaurant or pool, though La Croisette across the street serves good food at reasonable prices. The riverside rooms look out over the river and surrounding area, with a 180 degree view. Bright billboards switch off around midnight, and the blackout curtains made it easy to sleep. The hotel sits in the heart of the Riverside area, within walking distance of lots of restaurants, bars, and night markets. On weekends, hundreds of vendors line the walkway with food, clothes, jewelry, and other goods.

The rooms are enormous, with a big soft bed and a spacious bathroom with a rainfall shower and great water pressure. From the balcony you get great river views. It's right on the river at the corner of St144. There are only 11 rooms, so it stays nice and quiet. The staff are fantastic and friendly, and reception is open 24 hours. This is the best hotel I've stayed at in Phnom Penh, and it'll be my go-to for future visits.

The manager and staff are really helpful with advice, transport, and excursions. The location is great for riverside views and people watching, and the weekend food market is enjoyable. Downstairs, the restaurant/bar next door on the corner has $0.75 beers.
