The staff were cheap and had no sense of how to speak to people. The charges didn't seem reasonable either. A very bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend it.

2/10
The rooms we booked weren't available, and they wouldn't sort it out or refund us. We lost $350 and still had to find another hotel. The rooms were nothing like the photos, and those five-star reviews are from four years ago. This is a guest house, despite being presented as apartments. The lobby and room furniture were old and run down. There's no elevator, and the staff were rude and unhelpful. It felt unsafe. Don't book here.

This is a guest house, not a luxury apartment building. The room's condition and amenities don't match the photos. I'd go somewhere else.

10/10
The apartments have a very good layout, and having a shop there is convenient. There isn't a car park, though, and the surrounding streets flood often in the rainy season.

The units are thoughtfully designed, with enough storage and well-fitted kitchens. There's no car parking.
