Unique Hotel Management Service

The staff were fairly kind and receptive, and they did let us change rooms, but there were several problems. The first room was really bad, with dirty sheets and broken air conditioning. The food was another awful part of the stay. I ordered the $4.50 vegetarian and egg set and asked for no spice because of a health problem. The daal looked like water, and everything was REALLY spicy. They smiled and told me it was NOT FRESH FOOD! I ate only the omelet and paid $1.50 after bargaining. The mattress in the new room was uncomfortable too. I could feel the springs, and had to put the bedsheet under my back to try to sleep. It was also so noisy, with people talking really loudly and making a lot of noise from 5 am to 2 pm. Overall, it really wasn't enjoyable.

On arrival, they refused to accommodate me even though they had a record of my booking, which I'd already paid for. They said they didn't know how to get the money from Expedia. This feels like a scamming hotel. The only reviews here are from accounts with a single word-of-mouth review, which I should have taken as a warning.

Good hotel in a perfect location. The food was excellent too, and the staff and service were very good.
