The front desk guy was especially kind, and the service was great from check-in through checkout. Beds were comfortable and the shower was warm. My friend was even able to leave her things, explore the city, then return for a quick swim and shower before her flight. Really kind of you. Recommended.

The rooms are clean and have what you need, though they’re not especially modern. The lobby is nice, the staff are professional, and breakfast has good Western options. Rotha, Sarah, and the rest of the team were very welcoming. I’d come back. [Please "like" if you find this review helpful]

The staff are genuinely kind and friendly, but I wouldn’t recommend the place itself. The floors are peeling down to the cement, there are damp patches on the walls and ceiling, and the walls are very thin. One night, someone next door had the TV blaring and was shouting on the phone, so I couldn’t sleep. The staff were too afraid to speak to them, so I tried, but it didn’t help. For what I paid, this wasn’t worth it.

The pool was nice and the staff were friendly, but this was no luxury stay. Each night, a cockerel next door woke us around 3 or 4am. We were jet-lagged during our first three nights in the city, so that was rough. The shower was a cramped box, and poor drainage left part of the bathroom flooded. Cleaners also knocked and woke us when our curtains were closed. There were no do-not-disturb signs, and they could have collected our towels once we were up. Fine for a night, though.
