It’s an affordable, comfortable spot in the middle of the city, handy for government meetings and local attractions. There are lots of ABA Centres and branches nearby, so it works well for ABA trainees.

It’s about 1 km from Independent Monument, but our four-night stay was disappointing. The room was never cleaned, and we had to ask for bottled water and room service. The owner, a man with a sad face, and the receptionist came across as unprofessional. They didn’t even say thank you when we paid, and we felt as if staying there was asking them for a favor.
Even if the room were free, I wouldn’t stay here again. The staff weren’t helpful and didn’t seem to understand Google-translated Khmer. The room was dirty too, with stained bedsheets, an unclean toilet, and a hairy comb left in the bathroom. Worst experience ever.
The rooms are clean, simple, and average. It’s an economical, reasonably priced place to stay, and I don’t have any particular complaints.
A budget local hotel. Beds start at $13.
