The one thing I really loved was the sunset from the 11th floor. The pool is up there too, but it’s tiny, the water is very cold, and there are no spare towels to dry off with. Our room looked out over a temple, so prayers could be quite loud. It’s handy that the hotel is near a massage shop and pharmacy, and breakfast is substantial if you don’t need lots of choices. This feels like an older budget hotel. The sheets in our rooms were stained, and the single glass lift was transparent enough to show plenty of dust. The lobby’s wooden carvings made it feel cramped, dusty, and untidy.

Breakfast was the part I liked, with a good variety of dishes. The room felt overpriced, especially since the online TV didn’t work. I was on the 9th floor, and they said the TV didn’t work at that height. The gym equipment was broken, and the pools were for adults only, so kids couldn’t use them. I also didn’t like how the male staff stared at me whenever I went in or out, as if I were a criminal.

I got a cold drink and wash towel as soon as I arrived, and the staff were friendly and professional. The clean room had big windows, and the shower was large with strong water pressure. There’s a rooftop pool with great views, a sunbathing area, and a big private shower. Beer in the lobby was reasonably priced. 👍

The view from up top was great, and it was a decent value. We could relax, get work done, and enjoy our time together. Recommended.

The staff seemed friendly, and the price was reasonable. It’s not too far from the Cambodia-Thailand border. But the room was a little small for three people, the facilities looked old, and the bathroom smelled like cigarettes. We even asked for spare tissues and didn’t get any.
