After our countdown party, my family and friends came here for breakfast around 9.00am on 01 January 2023. We enjoyed the food, but two people in our group never got the dishes they ordered. We followed up and waited almost an hour without success. Even with those missing orders, we had a wonderful experience overall.

We stayed for three days, and it left us with bad memories. The room was dirty and damaged, which made it our worst room experience. Staff couldn’t speak English, so communicating was difficult. The hotel isn’t cheap, so how is this level of service acceptable? Breakfast was charged at a different price from the menu. When we asked, they said they just hadn’t changed the menu prices. Amazing service.

The bathroom was very dirty, and they hadn’t cleaned it properly after the previous guests left. The service at this resort was so poor that I feel like I wasted a lot of money for a dirty experience. First time here, and it’ll also be my last.

There was no hot water for a shower, and nobody could speak English. The staff didn’t seem professional or willing to help. The restaurant prices on the receipt didn’t match the menu. I’d suggest foreigners spend their holiday elsewhere, since you deserve a better option.
