The breakfast was a highlight, especially the omelette and noodle stations, and the air conditioning worked brilliantly in the tropical heat. The hotel is about 0.8 miles, roughly a 20-minute walk, from Pub Street and the night market. I didn't use the pool or spa, though others in my group said good things about them. Hot water could take 10 minutes because it was solar-powered, but lukewarm water didn't bother me. The property is dated, and I initially saw stains on the toilet, sink, curtains and tub. My bleach wipes showed that the countertops and toilet were old and stained, rather than dirty. My bigger issue came after a day out: before leaving that morning, I'd confirmed that room service orders had to be in by 9:30 p.m. I got back at 9:13 and checked again, then was told to order at the bar. When I arrived there around 9:15, they said it was too late. Manager Panith offered to speak with staff and place the order, but I declined. I don't spend money where I'm made to feel unwelcome. Between that and the dated rooms, I'd choose somewhere else next time.

A handy base in Siem Reap, with plenty of places to eat nearby and Pub Street about 2 km away, or a 15-minute walk. My room was clean and roomy, and had a small balcony. The staff were friendly. It suits travelers after basic comfort in a fairly convenient spot.

The big pool has plenty of seats, and the lobby and rooms are spacious, giving the place a real sense of openness. Though it's an older-generation hotel, it was sparkling clean. Everything felt 10/10, from the breakfast spread to the small details in the room. I'd definitely stay again on my next trip.

The beds are super comfortable, and the pool is great. It's an older place, but newer hotels don't offer this much space. Restaurants and a clinic are nearby, and getting around by tuk tuk is easy.

The grounds were beautiful and kept in good shape. Our rooms were spacious, and breakfast was fresh with a good variety each day.
